Documentation
- Run cable in residential, commercial, or outdoor settings
- Pull cable through walls, ceilings, shafts, and cable trays
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Locate breaks, damage, signal loss, or performance issues
- Repair bad connections, damaged sections, and faulty connectors
Equipment Setup
- Install routers, modems, ONTs (optical network terminals), amplifiers, cross-connect panels, and splitters
- Configure and test equipment after installation
Blueprint & Diagram Reading
- Interpret cable-routing plans, wiring diagrams, and network topologies
Documentation
- Complete work orders and inspection reports
- Take photos for verification and update our reporting systems
What You Won’t Do
- Work at heights (e.g., towers, roofs);
- Operate in an unsafe condition;
- Bury cable yourself - you’ll submit a ticket, and our dedicated drop-bury technicians will handle all underground work.
Requirements for Applicants

Basic networking or cable technology knowledge (or the ability to learn quickly):
Not mandatory, but a strong advantage if you have it.
Industry experience (optional):
